Overview

Our two-hour workshop is for those who are either curious about Proactive Conversations and want to have a taste of what’s possible; or have an acute challenge in a team or company that can be addressed with a single aspect of our methodology.

Our workshop covers one module of content that provides both conceptual content, practical steps and specific tools.

Participants learn through a “Tell, Show, Do” model that blends instruction, demonstration and practice, all led by expert facilitators who answers questions and provides feedback in real time.

We not only provide you with the exact steps to take, we create a total shift in the way communication is viewed forever.

Once the two hour workshop is complete, participants have the option to continue on and take our full program.

    • Learn how to make clear, specific and actionable requests and how to receive them in a way that helps everyone get more done with less stress

Is this only for executives or leaders?

Proactive Conversations is for everyone. You can be a member of the C-Suite, or an individual contributor. Either way, you’ll be able to apply what you learn in your day-to-day interactions with co-workers and customers.

Is the workshop online or on site?

We have both virtual and in-person options. Let us know which you prefer and we’ll be happy to explore the experience that’s best for you or your company.

How long is the training?

We have training programs that range from 2 hours to 2 days depending on how deep you want to go. Our full training also includes an optional 4-week integration program to help you or your team members apply the method in real-time.

Can we customize the content to our company or team?

Although we do not alter our method or training content, we do create customized examples and scenarios based on your company or team’s uniqueness.

How do you price the training?

Our training programs have a minimum investment and the price increases by number of participants. We do offer large group discounts and non-profit pricing options. Reach out to us for more information to get a custom quote.

Do you offer facilitator training programs?

It’s in the works! We are currently developing a facilitator training program that will be available to organizations or outside consultants, coaches and trainers who want to become leaders of this work around the world or inside their company.
